ACTIVE Works® uses pop-ups. You need to turn off the pop-up blocker on your browser before logging in.
If you have set Firefox to block pop-ups, your browser will display an information bar when you log into your ACTIVE Works® account:
- Select the Options button in the information bar or the icon in the status bar, and select Allow pop-ups for this site
- Log in again.
- Note: The ACTIVE Works® application will appear in a new window.
