Please follow instructions below to renew expired membership in Membership Portal:
 
  1. Log into Membership Portal at: https://memberportal.active.com
  2. Locate the Expired membership to be renewed
  3. Click Renew Membership under ACTIONS

  1. View and confirm your email address > Click Continue
  2. Step through membership registration process 
  3. Confirm and Select membership package option name to be reviewed
    • Note: You can also choose a different package option if you want to change
  4. ​​Checkout with payment to complete

Note: Members within the same Group Membership will be renewed together
