Hide or Remove Additional Purchase from the Public

When event merchandises are no longer available for sale, please follow instructions below to hide it from the public:

1. Open Your Event after Logging ACTIVEWorks Endurance
2. Select Setup
3. Select Additional Purchases
4. Click Edit
5. Click pencil icon of desired item
6. Change availability to no one to hide the item from the public:
   • To hide one option of this product, use steps below:
     1. Check item name > Click Edit

2. Select No one from Availability dropdown

• To hide one product completely, use steps below:
  1. Click Advanced settings

2. Select no one from Availability dropdown

7. Click Save to complete
