If you encounter a Runtime Error message when opening an article, this is do to a recent update to Google Chrome that has deactivate Adobe Flash Player. To reactivate Flash, please do the following steps: 
 
  1. In the address bar, type chrome://settings/content.
  2. On the Content settings screen, find the Flash listing
  3. Add https://support.activenetwork.com​
  4. Exit out of browser
