    Change is inevitable; use these articles to edit a participant’s registration information, merchandise, shirt size and more!
    Transfer Participant to Another Category or Price Type
    Below are instructions to transfer a participant from one category or price type to another
    1. Click event name under Your events on Organization Dashboard (HOME)
    2. Click Participants
    3. Search for participant
    4. Click participant name
    5. Click Actions and select Transfer to another Category

    1. On Transfer category page, select one desired registration category as Transfer to
      • Note: Individual participants cannot be transferred to group-registration teams
    2. Click Next
    3. Review registration price and adjust, and/or charge a transfer fee if necessary​
    4. Update registration questions and waiver agreements as needed, click Next
    5. Enter payment information (displays if price adjustment occurred)​
      • Note: Price adjustment actions vary depending on if the price is increasing or decreasing
    6. Click Complete Transfer
      • Note: Additional purchases made during original registration are transferred to new registration
    7. Click View Registration to view participant's new registration details

    Edit Participant Registration Information
    Responses to form questions may be adjusted after a registration is completed. This is helpful if the participant made a mistake or information has changed since the registration took place (new phone number, new address, etc.). Edits are also beneficial if questions are added to a category/price type after registrations occur. 

    Note: Changes made to registrant profile apply to all registrations associated to user email address (i.e. ACTIVE.com account)

    Below are instructions to edit participant responses:
    1. On Organization Dashboard (HOME), under Your events, click event name 
    2. Click Participants tab

    1. Search and click the participant's name
    2. Scroll down to Registration information 
    3. Click Edit
    4. Make appropriate changes
    5. Click Save

    Add Purchases to Existing Registrations
    Below are instructions to add an additional item to an existing registrant's purchases

    1. From Organization Dashboard (HOME), under Your events, click event name
    2. Click Participants
    3. Click participant's name
    4. From Actions list on right, click Purchase items ​

    5. Enter quantity or select options (depending on additional purchase item types), click Next

    6. Review modified items
    7. Enter payment information
    8. Click Next to complete process

    Change T-shirt Size and Other Included Items
    Note: This article is applicable to system standard "included t-shirt" template only. If T-shirts in your event are not created with system "included t-shirt" template, please change T-shirt size by following steps outlined at Swap or Change Purchased Items of Participants

    Below are instructions to modify items included with registration (such as shirts or other free merchandise)
    1. From Organization Dashboard (HOME), click event name under Your events
    2. Click Participants
    3. Click participant's name
    4. Click Modify T-shirts and other included items under Actions on right

    • Note: If no included items exist, no action may be taken on the subsequent screen
    1. Choose new item or size, click Next to complete the process​
    • Note: If price differences occur, you will be prompted to refund or make a payment to complete transaction on the next screen
