Team Manager has built-in age groups that display commonly swum events for each age group. You also have the ability, though, to customize the age groups and the events you want to see for each age group.
  1. Go to Set-up > Preferences > Report Custom Age Groups
  2. Click Add, enter Low Age and High Age for one of your age groups, and click OK
  3. On next screen, check all events you want to see on reports for that age group
  4. Repeat steps 2 -3 until all age groups used have been added
  5. Now when you go to the Top Times Report, Top Times Spreadsheet Report, or Seasonal Results Spreadsheet Report, click the Age Grp tab and select Use Custom instead of Use Built-in
  • Note: Team Manager will use your age groups and the events that you want to see for each age group
