Currently, there is not a method to install Hy-Tek software for 'all users' on a Windows machine, and thus it is required that that the Windows account that is going to be using the software be the one that's logged in when installing it. As this will require administrator rights, it may be necessary to grant the account temporary administrator-rights before installing, or have an administrator login on-hand to put in when prompted.
Note that this can cause issues with Windows machines associated with a Windows domain, where multiple users have their own accounts that they log into. One workaround for this is to setup a Windows account specifically for the Hy-Tek software that users can login to and use.
