You can bind/unbind your club with USA Swimming to synchronize athlete USA-S membership statuses (only when USA Swimming is selected as program's Governing body) using the steps below bind:
After binding your club with USA Swimming, you can see athletes’ USA Swimming membership status under the PEOPLE tab > Click on the swimmer's name > People Record page.
To cease synchronizing athlete USA-S membership statuses, click Unbind.
- Log in to Swim Manager
- Click on Edit Account Information on the right column or Account at the top right corner
- Click on USA Swimming Membership Integration
- Enter your Club code, Club ID, and Local Swim Committee (LSC), then click Bind
After binding your club with USA Swimming, you can see athletes’ USA Swimming membership status under the PEOPLE tab > Click on the swimmer's name > People Record page.
- Note: After binding with USA Swimming, athletes’ USA Swimming IDs are no longer editable when editing an athlete’s profile
