The error This player's age does not match any age groups configured for this program. Please contact the system administrator will occur when a program does not have an age group associated with its division. This may be resolved by contacting support using the instructions below.

1. Collect the following details before contacting support:
a. Program name
b. Age Groups to be associated with program
c. Exact error being encountered
2. Visit the Email Us form to submit the following:
a. Include all required information
b. Enter Age Group Registration Error within the What is your question field
c. Enter the program, error, and age group details (from above) into the Additional details about your question field
d. Click Send
