Request a Max Answers Account

Please contact your Professional Services Consultant or Account Manager to create your account. After you receive confirmation, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to https://support.activenetwork.com/maxgalaxy/Max_Login
2. Click Forgot Password, type your email and click Submit
3. Check your email for steps on creating new password
