Can I upgrade anytime?
For upgrades, If your website is a Basic, You can upgrade to PRO for Single team site. Same goes for multiple teams site. You can upgrade from Starter to PRO to All-Star package. However, If your website is a Single team site, You cannot upgrade it to Multiple team site or Multiple team to Single team site.
What is your refund policy?
TeamPages offers a free version to all of our users. If you’re unsure of the product, we suggest trying TeamPages Basic out first. Once you select an upgraded version, whether that is billed annually or monthly, you are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Are there contracts with TeamPages?
No! We don't believe in tying people in to contracts so you are always free to leave teampages.com and don't have to worry about keeping your credit card details up to date on the website as annual payments are made individually.
Is TeamPages safe for kids?
Your privacy and safety is very important to us. That’s why all TeamPages can be password protected and allow you to set different privacy settings, providing you and your team with one safe and central place online to post all of your team’s information on get your team on the same page.

You have a full 30 days to try our software absolutely risk-free and without any credit card information required. During your 30-day trial your dedicated account manager will be in contact with you to ensure that you are well trained on the software and that it suits the needs of you and your organization. If at any point during the 30 days you decide TeamPages isn't the right fit, not to worry, it won't cost you a thing. However, if after the 30 days you like what TeamPages has to offer, only then will we create your invoice and gather your credit card information.
