Primary Contact

The individual who created the Account is automatically the Primary Contact. Use the steps below to update the Primary Contact if you would like someone else to manage your bags.
Note: If you need to make a different person the primary, this change can be done only by users who have the Role: Edit Company Information

1. Login to your account in Virtual Event Bags
2. Click Company in top header
3. Click appropriate name in list
4. Edit roles
5. Click Save
