The data reported depends upon the data you upload and/or sync with the system but the reports are easy to read and provide a powerful display of the value you are providing.
What is a Good Sponsor ROI?
The event’s job is to aggressively promote the bag to the event audience (see Communication Plan). The sponsor’s job is to provide a thoughtful, relevant offer that engages the event audience. The combination of these two will most certainly deliver ROI to sponsors. But keep in mind, however, that “beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” In other words, comparing sponsor performance can easily be comparing apples to oranges. Here are some key points to consider:
- How many people attended your event?
- How many people visited the bag?
- How many people visited their booth?
- How many people took action on their placement?
- Did they get customers directly from their efforts?
- How much of their brand was consumed?
- How much did they save from reducing their marketing collateral (creating a digital placement instead of physical)?
Sponsors have real time access to reports so it is helpful to remind them that the event will be promoting the bag before, during and after the event. Results will continue to grow as the event progresses.
