To manually allow pop-ups from a site using Chrome, follow the steps below:
- Click Chrome menu on browser toolbar
- Select Settings
- Click Show advanced settings... link
- In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
- In the Pop-ups section, select Manage Exceptions
- Under Hostname pattern column type active.com and choose Allow
- Click Finished
