After a participant pays online, their credit card statement will contain a line item for the registration. To help identify the source of the charge for the participant, you can insert the name or a descriptor of your organization on their credit card statements.
To access and edit the name that appears on your participants' credit card statements:
- Start Home page
- Click at top right
- Click Financial Settings
- Edit field Name appearing on credit card statements
- Note: The Name appearing on credit card statements should reflect your organization's name or the name of the individual that should be receiving money on the organization's behalf
- Click Save
