After a participant pays online, their credit card statement will contain a line item for the registration. To help identify the source of the charge for the participant, you can insert the name or a descriptor of your organization on their credit card statements.

To access and edit the name that appears on your participants' credit card statements:

  1. Start Home page
  2. Click User-added image at top right
  3. Click Financial Settings
  4. Edit field Name appearing on credit card statements
    • Note: The Name appearing on credit card statements should reflect your organization's name or the name of the individual that should be receiving money on the organization's behalf
  5. Click Save
