Participant can remove credit card via online account. The steps are as below:
1. Log in to online account (Obtain Link to Online Account for Registrants)
2. On the right side of the page, click the name of card holder under Family Members list
3. Click Privacy management under the user name
4. Click My wallet in the left side bar
5. Find the target card(s) and click Delete
