If a customer wants to change their credit card on file, they will need to log into their online account and make a payment. This is the only way a customer can update their card. Below are steps to make a payment via their online account.
  1. Log into online account
  2. Click Pay Now
    • Note: Located to the right where the balance is displayed.

  3. Select Remaining Balance or Custom Amount​​
  4. Enter Card Information
  5. Enter Billing Information
  6. Click Submit
