This article explains how customers can update the credit card on file by making a payment through their online account. This is the only method available for customers to update their saved card.
- Log into online account
- Note: For steps to obtain the online account link for your participants, see article Obtain Link to Online Account for Registrants
- Click Pay Now
- Note: This is located to the right of the displayed balance
- Select Remaining Balance or Custom Amount
- Enter Card Information
- Enter Billing Information
- Click Submit
