If a customer wants to change their credit card on file, they will need to log into their online account and make a payment. This is the only way a customer can update their card. Below are steps to make a payment via their online account.
- Log into online account

- Click Pay Now
- Note: Located to the right where the balance is displayed.
- Select Remaining Balance or Custom Amount
- Enter Card Information
- Enter Billing Information
- Click Submit
