Credit cards for membership package option auto-renewal can be managed internally by the organization. A new card can be entered if the card on file has expired or has been canceled. To manage membership package option auto-renewal internally, please follow steps below. 

1. Under People tab
2. Search and click the desired participant 
3. Uncheck Auto renew box 
4. Click Save on pop-up Confirmation window 
5. Check Auto renew box 
6. (Optional) Select an existing credit card on Select card window 
7. (Optional) Select Add a new credit card to add new credit card information 
  • Name on card 
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
8. Click Save
