To replace a document on file for a participant with a newer one:

  1. Click Home tab
  2. Select season
  3. Click Supplemental forms
  4. Locate participant for whom you would like to replace form(s)
  5. Click name of form to replace
    • Note: A drop-down menu will appear with a list of actions
  6. Click Replace form on file
    •  Note: An Upload form dialog will open
  7. Click Attach document
  8. Locate new document on desktop or hard drive and confirm selection
  9. In Upload form dialog, click Upload form
    • Note: Regardless of the previous status, a manually replaced form defaults to "Reviewed," even if it has not been reviewed; this can be manually changed by clicking the Reviewed button
