You can replace an existing document on a participant’s account by uploading a newer version. Follow the steps below to update the form on file.

  1. At the homepage, click desired Season
  2. Click Supplemental forms tab
  3. Locate participant for whom you would like to replace form(s)
  4. Click Actions drop-down and select Manage uploaded files
  5. Delete the unnecessary document
  6. Click Upload more files
  7. Locate new document on local computer 
  8. Click Save
