Forms will show as 'not received' by default and require you to specifically mark them as received. 

To change the status of your forms to Marked, use the following steps below:

  1. From home page, click desired season
  2. Select Supplemental forms tab
  3. Locate desired Form(s)
    • ​​Note: You can use search box to mark item(s) received, or filter results based on session, form name, received status
    • Note: You can edit Forms per participate, us the following article 
  4. Select desired Form(s) to mark received
  5. Click Update Status 
  6. Select Mark as Reviewed or Mark as Received
