Camps and Class Manager has a default storage value of 2 years for supplemental forms, meaning that any forms submitted will be stored for visibility for 2 years. After 2 years, the documents are not available to be downloaded.  

Below are steps to replace a supplemental document:
  1. Click Setup under desired season
  2. Click Registration forms
  3. Under Supplemental forms, click Edit for desired form
  4. Under Supplemental document, click Replace template
  5. Click Upload new file
  6. Select desired file on your computer
  7. Click Open
  8. Select the new file
  9. Click Select
  10. Click Save and continue
