Supplemental Forms should be available for customers to complete after registration. If the form is not available, the Due Date for the Supplemental Form may have passed:

- Click Home tab
- Click Setup beneath desired Season
- Select Registration Forms from right sidebar
- Click Edit next to desired Supplemental Form
- (Optional) Change Due Date dropdown box to Specific Date
- Set Due Date to a later date
- Save and Continue
