1. From home page, click Season whose participants you would like to email
  2. Click Supplemental forms tab
    • Note:  If there are many participants listed, you can use the search box to search for the participant(s) you would like to email, or filter the results based on session, form name, and the status of documents.
  3. Check box to left of participant's name
  4. Click Email selected people
    • Note:  The Create email message area will open with the participants selected as the Selected recipients. If a participant was selected multiple times on the Supplemental forms tab they will be emailed once.
  5. (Optional) Click Email all people
  • Note: All people here will refer to the results if you have configured filters (as mentioned in the note of Step 2).

  2. Click Send
