To replace a document on file for a participant with a newer one:
- Click Home tab
- Select season
- Click Supplemental forms
- Locate participant for whom you would like to replace form(s)
- Click name of form to replace
- Note: A drop-down menu will appear with a list of actions
- Click Replace form on file
- Note: An Upload form dialog will open
- Click Attach document
- Locate new document on desktop or hard drive and confirm selection
- In Upload form dialog, click Upload form
- Note: Regardless of the previous status, a manually replaced form defaults to "Reviewed," even if it has not been reviewed; this can be manually changed by clicking the Reviewed button
