Prevent Users from Making Transactions or Modifying Orders

You may want to give coaches, camp counselors, or other staff access to your database but don't want the risk of them editing customer orders.

To prevent a user from making transactions or modifying orders, go to:

1. > User administration
2. Click Edit next to user
   • Note: If creating a new user you will need to Invite A User first
3. Check User cannot make transactions or modify orders box
4. Save
