You may want to give coaches, camp counselors, or other staff access to your database but prevent them from making transactions or modifying customer orders. Follow the steps below to restrict user permissions.
  1. Click Settings on the top right side User-added image 
  2. Click User administration
  3. Click Edit under user name
    • Note: If creating a new user, you will need to Invite A User first
  4. Check User cannot make transactions or modify orders box
  5. Click Save
