Create Group Assignments

Group Assignment can be very useful for assigning specific participants to unique groups. This can be especially useful for camp cabin assignments, sports team assignments, or skill level assignments.

To create group assignments:
  1. Select desired season
  2. Select Group Assignments tab
  3. Select Create a group assignment
  4. Select Group type from drop-down menu
  5. Create assignment
  6. Select participants
  7. Check sessions to include
    • Note: At least one session need to be selected. If there is only one session selected, please select another one before removing the first one. 
  8. Save
  9. Create group list
  10. Select Add group
  11. Input Group Name
  12. Input Capacity (Optional)
  13. Select Gender
  14. Save
  15. Select participants
  16. Click on assign icon User-added image to assign participants to group
