Group Assignment is useful for assigning specific participants to unique groups, such as camp cabin assignments, sports team assignments, or skill level assignments. Follow the steps below to create group assignments.
- On home page, select desired season
- Select Group Assignments tab
- Select Create a group assignment
- Select Group type from drop-down menu
- Select Create assignment
- Select Select participants
- Check sessions to include
- Note: At least one session must be selected. If there is only one session selected, please select another one before removing the first one
- Click Save
- Click Create group list
- Select Add group
- Input Group Name and Capacity (Optional), select Gender
- Click Save
- Select participants
- Click on assign icon
to assign participants to group
