Create Group Assignments

Group Assignment is useful for assigning specific participants to unique groups, such as camp cabin assignments, sports team assignments, or skill level assignments. Follow the steps below to create group assignments.
  1. On home page, select desired season
  2. Select Group Assignments tab
  3. Select Create a group assignment
  4. Select Group type from drop-down menu
  5. Select Create assignment
  6. Select Select participants
  7. Check sessions to include
    • Note: At least one session must be selected. If there is only one session selected, please select another one before removing the first one
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Create group list
  10. Select Add group
  11. Input Group Name and Capacity (Optional), select Gender
  12. Click Save
  13. Select participants
  14. Click on assign icon User-added image to assign participants to group
