Download Follow-up Forms Into a PDF File

Please follow the steps below to generate a PDF file for the Follow-up Forms of your registrants:

1. Click on Reports right below the target season name
2. Choose Registration form report
3. Check the target sessions
4. In the Include in report section, check Supplemental forms only.
5. Click on Download report

Note: This is only applicable if the Supplemental Form is collecting by online questions. Uploaded files needs to be downloaded following the instruction below:
