- Email shows Sent but cannot be received by registrants, please:
- Verify if their email address exists in the recipient list by running Delivery report
- Check if their email address is in the Unsubscribed list
- Contact Support to check if their email address is in email suppression list or bounce list
- Email delivered to registrant's spam/junk folders, please suggest recipients add @activenetwork.com and @active.com into the whitelist
