FAQs about broadcasting emails:
  • Email stuck at PROCESSING status
  • Email shows Sent but cannot be received by registrants, please: 
    1. Verify if their email address exists in the recipient list by running Delivery report
    2. Check if their email address is in the Unsubscribed list
    3. Contact Support to check if their email address is in email suppression list or bounce list
  • Email delivered to registrant's spam/junk folders, please suggest recipients add @activenetwork.com and @active.com into the whitelist
