The Email tool in Camp & Class Manager stores Drafts and Templates for quick access. To view a sent broadcast email, you need to send a copy of the email to your personal inbox. Follow the steps below.
  1. Click Email tab 
  2. Click Sent from the options on the left
  3. Locate the email and click name 
  4. Click Send test email button in the upper right corner
    • Note: Send test email button is unavailable when email is in Processing status. Refer to Email Stuck at PROCESSING for more information
  5. Enter up to 5 email addresses, separated by commas
  6. Click Send 
Note: Once the test email has been sent, locate it in your personal inbox. The email will be an exact copy of what the original recipients received
Note: If the email has not arrived after 15 minutes, check the junk or spam folders. Ensure @active.com and @activenetwork.com are added to your safe senders list
