Note: The Email tool in Camp & Class Manager readily stores the Drafts and Templates for quick viewing. However, to see a sent email, it is necessary to email a copy of the broadcast email to your personal inbox

To view a sent broadcast email:
  1. Click Email 
  2. Click Sent from options on left 
  3. Locate email and click name 
  4. Click Send test email button on upper right hand corner 
    • Note: Send test email button is unavailable when email is in Processing status. Refer to Email Stuck at PROCESSING for more information
  5. Enter up to 5 email addresses, separated by commas
  6. Click Send 
Note: Once the test email has been sent, locate it in your personal email inbox. The email there will be the exact same copy that the original recipients received
Note: If the email has not arrived after 15 minutes, check the junk and spam folders and be sure that @active.com and @activenetwork.com are added to the list of safe senders
