After a broadcast email is sent, the delivery status and recipient actions can be tracked. Numbers and percentages are given for delivered, refused, failed, opened, clicked, registered, or complained emails.

  1. Click Email tab
  2. Click Sent
  3. Locate email and click name or check box next to name
  4. Click Report
  5. Email report appears
  • Note: To view more detail on who did not receive the broadcasted email and why, click Download bounce report in the Delivery section
  • Note: To obtain a copy of the email again, locate the Email section, find the Subject , and click on the email name. Enter an email address and click Send Test Email
