Please follow the instruction below to check which registrants have been cancelled in your season:
  1. Click on Finance tab 
  2. Click on Reports tab
  3. Choose Financial activity report
  4. Click on Revenue tab
  5. Enter the Time period to cover all registration of your target season
  6. Choose Group by: Season
  7. Click on Update
  8. In the Season list, click on the blue number under Cancellations column
  9. You will then be directed to the Cancellation Transaction Report page of your target season
  10. (Optional) Click on Export to download the report
