In an Email bounce report, Failed shows the number of emails that could not be delivered permanently with reasons for failed delivery. 

Some examples in this category are:

  • Invalid email addresses for recipient
  • Email addresses on a server that was configured to block all emails from the sender's domain
Check with your customer to make sure email addresses were entered correctly.

Note: If the address is correct, your customer may need to contact their email provider and have them "white list" active.com and email.active.com
