If participants are reporting they are unable to sign up for classes with either a Female only or Male only restriction you can access the registration form to activate the default gender question to resolve this issue.
To add the default Gender question to the form:
- Select Setup under the name of the Season
- Select Registration Forms form the menu on the right
- Select Customize registration form
- Scroll down and find the Gender question in the participant questions section
- Select Add
- Note: The system will not recognize Custom registration form questions for gender when a restriction is set on a session, so please ensure to use the form default.
- Save and Continue
