If a waitlist is set up for a session that has reached capacity, only the Waitlist option will be available to customers. If no participants sign up on the waitlist and then a registrant is cancelled out of the session, the session will be come available again and no waitlist should be triggered.
- Note: If the capacity is changed after reaching the original maximum participants, the waitlist may still trigger regardless
