Use a waitlist policy to explain to registrants the terms of the waitlist. Registrants will see your waitlist policy when they add a waitlist purchase to their cart and when they receive a confirmation email after joining a waitlist.

To create a season waitlist policy:

  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click Setup beneath Season
  3. Click Sessions 
  4. Click desired Session 
  5. Click Customize waitlist policy link below Waitlists box
  6. Save
    • Note: Though it can be managed in a specific session, a waitlist policy applies to all waitlist enabled sessions in a given season.
    • Note: If a new session with default waitlist policy configured is added, all customized waitlist policies that have been applied to other existing sessions will be converted to the default one automatically.
