If there is limited space available in your session, you have the option to allow a waitlist for registrants. To enable waitlist registrations for a session:

  1. Start on Home page
  2. Click Setup under applicable season
  3. Click Sessions on right
  4. Click desired session
  5. Enter preferred number into Session capacity field
  6. Click outside of Session capacity field
  7. Check box next to Waitlists will appear (automatically checked)
  • Note: When a waitlist enabled session has reached its capacity, registrants will see that it is full but can opt to join the session waitlist. When a registrant adds a waitlist to their cart, they will be shown your waitlist policy.   • Note: Waitlisted campers show up in the Person summary and Registration summary views and can be transferred or removed like a normal registrant. For more information on registering a registrant from a waitlist, please visit the following article: Register Participant from Waitlist After Spots Become Available 
  • Note: Waitlist registrations do NOT incur a fee to your organization and are always free to the registrant 
  • Note: When a spot becomes available for a tuition, the first waitlisted camper can receive an email invitation automatically to decide to register it or give up.
