A session capacity limits the number of registrations for a single session. When capacity is reached, the session will show online as FULL. At that point, registrants have an option to join a waitlist if there are no spots currently available (if waitlists are enabled). 

To set the session capacity:
  1. From home page, click Setup under desired season
  2. Click Sessions on right
  3. Click session name from list in blue
  4. Input desired number into Session capacity field
  5. Waitlists checkbox will appear
    • Note: Check Waitlists box if you would like to enable waitlist registrations
  6. Click Save and continue
    • Note: If no capacity is entered for a session, then registration will be unlimited until registration closes
