Setting a capacity for a Session Option limits the number of those options that can be sold and allows the organization to track inventory.
  1. At home page, under desired season name, click Setup
  2. From menu on right, click Sessions
  3. Click desired session name in blue
  4. In Session Options section, click Edit details to the right of desired option  
  5. In session options capacity box, enter desired number of session options available
    • Note: Leaving session options capacity box blank will allow unlimited capacity
  6. ​Click Save
  7. Click Save and continue
