You can set up specific locations and classrooms for each session to help customers know exactly where they need to be. This also makes it easier for you to schedule and book rooms. If you have already setup your classrooms you can Assign Sessions to a Classroom.
- Click gear icon
in the top-right corner
- Click Locations and classrooms from right side
- Click Add new location
- Fill out required fields
- Specify Location business hours
- Select day and input start time and end time
- Click New under Classrooms
- Input Classroom information
- Note: Capacity is for information only and does not create any restrictions or limits to registration
- Click Save
