Please follow the steps below to download the waiver forms of all registrants in a season:
  1. On homepage, click on Reports hyperlink right below the target season name 
  2. Click on Registration form report
  3. Under Include in report section, untick other options and leave Waivers ticked
  4. Click on Download report
