If you're experiencing an issue copying or creating a new session, check to ensure the deposit amount is not set to 100%. This will create an issue with the session that will not allow it to be copied or created.
To check the deposit value:
Note: This will change the deposit amount for all sessions associated with this Season
To check the deposit value:
- From Home screen, under desired season select Setup
- From menu on right, select Deposits and payment plans
- Make sure Deposit amount isn't set to Customer must pay a deposit of 100%
- Change the deposit amount or set to Pay in full
- Click Save
