If you're experiencing an issue copying or creating a new session, check to ensure the deposit amount is not set to 100%. This will create an issue with the session that will not allow it to be copied or created.

To check the deposit value:
  1. From Home screen, under desired season select Setup
  2. From menu on right, select Deposits and payment plans
  3. Make sure Deposit amount isn't set to Customer must pay a deposit of 100%
  4. Change the deposit amount or set to Pay in full 
  5. Click Save

                     Note: This will change the deposit amount for all sessions associated with this Season
