If certain Classes or Seasons are not appearing in the online selection through the registration link, the cause could be one of the following:

Season Still in Draft Status
If a Season is still showing as a Draft, it must first be activated for any of its Sessions to appear:
  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click Setup beneath affected Season
  3. Select Activation on the right sidebar
  4. Click Activate

Registration Open Date has Passed
The registration date for a class or event may have passed:
  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click on Setup beneath affected Season
  3. Click Sessions on right sidebar
  4. Click on name of affected Session
  5. Change date of Close registration on field
  6. Click Save and Continue

Display Status
A class or event may be set to Internal Only. To change this setting:
  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click on Setup beneath affected Season
  3. Click Sessions on the right sidebar
  4. Click name of affected Session
  5. Look for Display Settings at the bottom of page
  6. Set Display Status to Online
  7. Click Save and Continue

If the Classes/Events are not showing online after trying these steps, please contact Support at 877-692-0111, option 2
