1. Ensure that the account holder is going to the online account link, not the link for registration.
    1. In Camp & Class Manager on Home tab, click Copy Online Account URL.  Please see Linking to your customer account.
  2. Confirm the username for the account holder matches the email address on file in Camp & Class Manager.
    1. Navigate to People tab 
    2. Search and select appropriate account 
    3. On side under  Online Account Info section in  gray sidebar, verify email address
  3. Confirm the Online Account Info Status is set to Active
    1. If Status is set to This person is not associated with an online account then send the email invitation.
    2. If it is set to Invited, then  invitation has been sent but not accepted or opened. It can be canceled and re-sent.
