- Ensure that the account holder is going to the online account link, not the link for registration.
- In Camp & Class Manager on Home tab, click Copy Online Account URL. Please see Linking to your customer account.
- Confirm the username for the account holder matches the email address on file in Camp & Class Manager.
- Navigate to People tab
- Search and select appropriate account
- On side under Online Account Info section in gray sidebar, verify email address
- Confirm the Online Account Info Status is set to Active
- If Status is set to This person is not associated with an online account then send the email invitation.
- If it is set to Invited, then invitation has been sent but not accepted or opened. It can be canceled and re-sent.
