Emails sent to a customer are stored in the account’s Email History. This allows you to review all messages delivered to the family, including confirmations, invitations, and broadcast emails.
To view the Email history for an account:

- In People tab, search for desired customer name
- Click customer name
- On family profile page, click Email History tab
- Registration confirmation email
- Online account invitation email
- Email custom segment (see Release Notes - Cross Season Reporting for more info about custom segment)
- Email selected people in Custom Report
- Broadcast email sent under Email tab
- Confirmation emails sent by ACTIVE Reserve
- Registration Invitee emails triggered by waitlist automation feature.
